Returns, Refunds, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
Any cancellations, returns, or exchanges are governed by this policy ("Return Policy"). Unfortunately, currently, we do not entertain any claims of returns, refunds, or exchanges , especially for perishable food items.
1. Cancellations
An order once placed cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of our products and the immediate processing of orders.
However, if you have a special request, you may contact us at support@pinelands.in. Cancellation requests, if entertained, will be processed at our sole discretion.
2. Revised Refund Policy Statement
Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will be processed for only 35% of the total order amount . The refund will be issued within 15 days and credited automatically to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, debit card, or other payment methods).

3. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (fresh and perishable), we currently do not accept returns or exchanges .
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 hours of delivery by contacting us at support@pinelands.in.
